I was disappointed to find that the pool was closed during my visit. Additionally, the breakfast selection was not replenished well, leaving me with limited options. The staff at the bar seemed indifferent, which did not match my expectations for service.

Experiencing plumbing issues, with a plugged toilet in the first room and slow drainage in another, left much to be desired. The shower presents a challenge with an overly high and fixed showerhead, which isn't friendly for everyone, particularly those shorter in stature. Additionally, fluctuating water pressure can ruin a decent shower—going from a weak trickle to scorching hot unpredictably. It seems the amenities can vary dramatically, from the quality of the television in the room to the overall cleanliness of furnishings, which detracted from the experience.

what a disaster, I was promised a pool, but had to freeze while walking next door, not ideal! And, in 20-degree weather, I expected a warm welcome but received indifference instead. After my 'exquisite' stay, I almost thought of writing a good review—until I realized the Diet Coke was across the street. what a joke!

Staying here made our weekend adventures easy with lots of attractions nearby, including the NC Auto Racing Hall of Fame just under 4 km away, and it was nice to find multiple dining options like Del Sur Fresh Mex only a few steps from the hotel. however, the offered breakfast could use some improvement to be more satisfying than just basic pre-wrapped items.

springhill suites was a pleasant surprise. during my last visit, the breakfast was fully stocked and the suite offered nice separation for family. we enjoyed the convenient location with many dining options nearby.

The room I stayed in was spacious and provided great separation for privacy. The location was ideal with several dining options within walking distance. Breakfast had a commendable selection, fueling my day perfectly. It's hard to beat the convenience of a place that prioritizes guest comfort like this one.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were spacious and provided a nice layout for both work and relaxation. We enjoyed some golf at the nearby Mooresville Golf Course, which was a blast. Plus, the 32-inch flat-screen TVs kept us entertained after a day out.
